MESSAGE FROM CIRCLE LEADER

The Student Quality Circle (SQC) at NIST College is an empowering student-driven platform founded on the philosophy that learners are central stakeholders in institutional excellence.

Through systematic problem-solving methodologies, fishbone analysis, brainstorming circles, and collaborative student feedback, SQC works to enhance academic environments, peer learning, student welfare, and campus vitality.

We believe that when students collaborate with mutual respect and analytical minds, even small constructive changes lead to profound institutional improvements.

We invite all students from CSIT, BCA, BIM, and BITM to actively participate in our quality circles and make a lasting impact on our college journey.

SQC QUALITY FRAMEWORK

Structured student quality framework dedicated to problem identification, scientific analysis, peer collaboration, and constructive institutional enhancement.

OBJECTIVES

Conduct regular circle meetings to identify, brainstorm, and present viable solutions to student and campus challenges.
Apply Quality Circle tools (Brainstorming, Pareto Analysis, Cause & Effect Diagrams, PDCA cycles) to resolve campus issues.
Collaborate with IQAC, ECLDC, and academic departments to implement actionable student recommendations.
Host annual NIST SQC Case Study Competitions and participate in QUEST Nepal conventions.
